We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a Return Authorization. To get your RA email info@shopstellablu.com
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will ask whether you would like a credit towards your card or a credit to be used on the site towards your next purchase. If you chose a credit towards original payment then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days. If you do not chose will assume you would like a store credit towards the site
As of January 1, 2025 we will allow two returns per customer. After your second return you will be issued a store credit to be used on the website towards your next purchase. All items purchased with store credit are final sale and will not be eligible for a return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
